Cheap hotels near Belvoir Park in Zurich, Switzerland

The Belvoir Park is the most expansive public park in all of Zurich. Located in the further-flung Enge-Riesbach district, which sits south of central Zurich and on the banks of Lake Zurich, it’s well worth the trek.

The park offers unprecedented views of the city and of Lake Zurich. City dwellers and tourists come here for quiet seclusion and a break from the bustle of urban life. Plus the park offers no shortage of paths, ponds and floral landscapes.

If you’re a food lover, the main reason to visit Belvoir is for Zurich’s School of Hotel Management, located inside the park. With restaurants, an outdoor terrace bar and a couple of bistros, it’s a one-stop-shop for good food and the service to match. While you’re at it, maybe you can take a course on improving your bellhop skills!

Cheap hotels near Belvoir Park: As the park is located a bit south of the center of town, we don't have many recommended cheap sleeps immediately surrounding the park, with the notable exception of Youth Hostel Zurich (listed below).

However, if you stay in nearby Langstrasse or near the city’s train station, you can easily hop on a tram or bus to reach the park. Furthermore, the Altstad, which offers plenty of reasonably-priced hotels, is an easy walk away.
